Two KHO project members will attend this year’s meeting of the German Geoarchaeology working group in Flensburg. On May 29th, Michaela Ecker will hold a presentation about the KHO project and Elena Hensel-Karamalakidou will present a poster on the KHO site Tswai, Botswana. On 31 January, the First Lego League held its 15th competition under the motto “Unearthed”. The competition offered children and young people a playful introduction to science and archaeology. KHO research group leader Michaela Ecker was invited to judge the contributions of the children between the ages of nine and 16.
